Femida Hunter - Co Founder & Chair

Chair - Rich Hart Foundation

Fem was a Director of the Caulfield Grammar School Foundation from 2018 - 2021 and a caseworker at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre from 2013-2023

Fem was a caseworker at Camden Victim Support from 2007 to 2010 based in London. Camden Victim Support provides support to victims of crime.

Fem had previously worked at Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI, now Orica) from 1990 to 2003. She worked in number of commercial & finance roles including General Manager of Finance, IT and Strategy of Orica Consumer Products

Prior to joining ICI, Fem started her career with Deloitte Haskins & Sells in 1986 and worked there until 1990 after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. Fem has had extensive experience in the UK, Hong Kong and Australia in a number of diverse environments.

Andrew Hunter - Co founder & Director

Andrew is currently taking a career break. Most recently from April 2019 to April 2024 Andrew was Chief Executive Officer of CPA Australia, a multi-national professional accounting organisation with 19 offices globally and more than 170,000 members worldwide.

Andrew was the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Export Finance and Insurance Corporation (Efic), Australia’s export credit agency from July 2013 to June 2017. Efic is a commercially operated Federal Government agency that provides financial services to Australian companies seeking to grow their businesses internationally.

Andrew joined Efic from Macquarie after 22 years of service.  At Macquarie, Andrew was Head of Macquarie Capital’s Advisory business Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) from 2003 to 2008 and then Head of Macquarie Group EMEA and Head of Macquarie Capital EMEA from 2008 to the end of 2010 when he returned to Australia with Macquarie to head its Financial Institutions Group.

Imtiaz Hunter - Director

Imy is currently studying  a Bachelor of Commerce & Bachelor of Economics at Monash University, beginning his degree in 2017.

Prior to that he studied at Caulfield Grammar School in Melbourne where he graduated in the class of 2016.

Imy is the current head coach of the Victorian under 14 boys touch football team, as well as the assistant coach of the under 18 boys touch football team. Further more he is currently working as the director of social and merchandise for Monash University Touch Football Club and Monash Vikings Touch Football Club.

In addition to his Coaching experience, Imy has worked at the Asylum Seekers Resource Centre and joined the Board of the Rich Hart Foundation in 2017.

Andrew bendixen - Director

Andrew works as a Pharmacist, continuing to serve the community in Mt Waverley as Wong and Bendixen Pharmacy, the first of the two pharmacies acquired after entering into a business partnership.

In 1992 Andrew entered into a business partnership and acquired a pharmacy in Mt Waverley, and in 1996 acquired a second pharmacy in Ashburton.

Prior to this Andrew gained retail experience working in pharmacies in Chadstone, Brighton and Ferntree Gully where he worked since he finished his training at Box Hill Hospital.

During his time at Box Hill Hospital, Andrew worked after hours at a large pharmacy in Burwood East, and has worked as a pharmacist since qualifying in 1986.
